Williamson Realtors hosts candidate forum for school board candidates today

Here’s one more chance to get to your know candidates before early voting starts on Friday.

The Williamson County Association of Realtors will host a forum featuring candidates vying for the Williamson County School Board on Tuesday.

Charlie Neese, Realtor with Zeitlin Realtors and former meteorologist with WZTF, Channel 5 in Nashville, will moderate the discussion.

With education and schools being an important factor in the home buying process for many home buyers, WCAR wants to spotlight the upcoming school board elections and encourage voter turnout among its members.

WCAR didn’t confirm which candidates would be able to attend. Early voting for both the house representative seats and Williamson County and Franklin Special School Boards starts on Friday.

The event goes from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the WCAR office at 1646 Westgate Circle, Suite 104, Brentwood.
