Page safety Michael Burdick is the Marla Richardson with Realty Trust Residential Player of the Week for Week 1.

The junior returned two of his three interceptions for touchdowns in Friday’s 28-14 win against Fairview.

His first pick-six was returned 89 yards to give the Patriots a 20-14 lead with 28 seconds left in the second quarter.

He later extended the lead to 28-14 with a 33-yard interception return with 2:45 left in the game.

Burdick finished with 140 return yards. He also added a 42-yard run.

Page (1-0) hosts Nolensville (0-1) Friday.
