Last week, the Home Page sat down with 2018 Congressional Candidate Mark Green.
Green, currently a Tennessee State Senator in District 22, cites his history in the military and in healthcare as his primary assets for public office.
“I think I think I have a different set of experiences,” Green said. “…I’ll bring a little bit of something different because I’ve been in combat and I’ve been a physician.”
Green, a conservative born in Mississippi, best known for his efforts in state tax reform, being nominated as Army Secretary by President Donald Trump and interviewing Saddam Hussein, says he will seek to cure “Potomac fever” by bringing “Tennessee values” to Washington.
