After ice and snow last year, this year’s Brewfest attendees were treated to sunshine and temperatures in the upper sixties during the annual beer tasting event in town square.
Franklin residents David and Angie Sterr were attending Brewfest for the sixth time.
“It’s a lot different from last year,” he said, noting the weather. “It’s a great place to meet people.”
The Downtown Franklin Association hosted the Saturday night festival and it was sponsored by Lipman Brothers. Around two dozen brewers gave samples to attendees, who were able to purchase food from local trucks and listen to live music.
