Nicole Grayson, daughter of Bill and Chris Grayson, is a sophomore at Fairview High School and this week’s Student of the Week.
She is the Student Council Sophomore President, Best Buddies President and member of the tennis team. One of her greatest passions is working with students with learning disabilities. She said, “They bring out the fun in everything and make the world a better place.”
Grayson was number one in her class freshman year, won the Freshmen Academy award and had an impressive GPA of 4.29 last year.
Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Clouse. She said that Clouse motivates her to reach beyond her potential and brightens her day everyday.
Her biggest inspirations and role models are some of the people closest to her, her eight older brothers and sisters.
“I am number eight out of nine kids in my family, so I look up to my siblings and strive to be like them because they are such awesome people and do so much good. Their achievements push me forward to do bigger and better things,” Grayson said.
After finishing up at Fairview High in a couple years, Grayson plans to go on a church mission and then attend Brigham Young University to pursue a career as a special education teacher.
