Staffing and recruiting firm LaSalle Network is looking to hire dozens of individuals residing in the Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station and Franklin areas in the coming months, with jobs paying anywhere from $10 – $18 an hour.
“Essentially what we’re looking for, our client is hiring inbound customer service representatives, and we have … ten people that they’re looking to bring on by the 25th,” said Recruiting Manager Brian Kelly. “We’re just trying to get our reach a little bit more down into [the Spring Hill] area.”
The positions LaSalle Network is looking to fill for the Spring Hill area include inbound call insurance roles, of which they’re hoping to fill 12 positions within the next two weeks. LaSalle Network is reaching out to those who have one to two years of experience in call centers. After the first month, the firm will still look to recruit around 12 new employees every month.
In Franklin, positions the firm hopes to fill are for collection medical roles, which pay $14 – $18 an hour based on experience. LaSalle Network hopes to fill 10 – 15 positions within the next month, and will continue to hire for positions the following months. These positions are also asked for applicants to have one to two years of call center experience.
“LaSalle Network is partnering with a lead automobile insurance company located in Franklin, TN, to find qualified Inbound Customer Service Representative,” Kelly wrote. “Due to their rapid growth in the insurance world, our client has acquired a brand new, beautiful headquarters in South Franklin. The Inbound Customer Service Representative will partner with professional insurance agents to answer customer inquiries and offer product and service knowledge in order to meet customer needs.”

The Inbound Customer Service Representative must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.”
