WILLIAMSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Thompson’s Station Middle School Resource Officer Deputy Danny Booker was named Deputy of the Month for March.

Superiors and Paula Waits, the principal, cited his excellent work as a School Resource Officer.

Deputy Booker has worked for the Sheriff’s Office for almost 19 years. He has been the SRO at Franklin High School, Nolensville Elementary and is now at Thompson’s Station Middle School. Waits said he has a strong work ethic, has a resilient commitment to students and staff, does an excellent job communicating when there are concerns and he’s always available when there’s a need to address an issue or safety concern.

Waits even requested that Deputy Booker be transferred to her new school from Nolensville when she received her new assignment.

Toyota of Cool Springs General Sales Manager Kris Krabill presented a plaque to Deputy Booker and Toyota of Cool Springs will donate a check for $150 to Boys and Girls Clubs in his honor.

Each month Toyota of Cool Springs will honor a Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Deputy and a charity.
