Williamson County real estate veterans and mother-son team Dianne Christian and Matt Daniel have announced the establishment of Daniel-Christian Real Estate at 202 Fifth Ave. in downtown Franklin.
Christian is a Williamson County native and veteran realtor. She has been a leader in residential home sales for nearly 30 years. She and Daniel, a broker who has represented buyers and sellers for more than 10 years, began collaborating last summer to create an independent firm based in Franklin.
“Buying and selling a home is no small matter,” Daniel said. “Daniel-Christian Real Estate offers clients not only incredible familiarity with this fast-growing community, but most importantly, the comprehensive knowledge and credentials so critical to the buying and selling process.”
Before entering the residential industry in the early 1980s, Christian owned and operated The Cottage, a fine women’s clothier in downtown Franklin. Prior to that, she spent time in the financial industry with Nashville City Bank.
“I have been blessed to have a very fulfilling career, one that has given me unique insight into working with individuals and families. Buying and selling a home is most assuredly the most important business transaction folks will encounter. It should be tackled with the utmost professionalism,” Christian said.
Daniel-Christian Real Estate represents clients interested in residential and commercial property purchases and listings throughout Middle Tennessee with a special focus on Williamson County.
The mother-son team has been working together for over 11 years. Their Williamson County roots are several generations deep. Both reside in Franklin with their families and are Franklin High School graduates. Both attended Middle Tennessee State University where Christian was a member of Chi Omega sorority and Daniel was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. Prior to forming their company, Daniel and Christian were affiliated with Keller Williams Realty’s Franklin office.
“Working alongside Dianne Christian, who just happens to be my mom, has been a rewarding experience for me,” Daniel said. “Her career has spanned three decades, beginning with a long affiliation with Joel Riggs Better Homes & Gardens in Nashville (Dianne worked at the firm while in college) and Sharon Langford & Associates. I was fortunate early in my career to have Dianne Christian as a mentor and broker.”
