“The Five Things to Know in 2019” is the topic on the agenda at the Dec. 10 FrankTalks discussion presented by Franklin Tomorrow.
The event will be held at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center, 112 Everbright Ave., Franklin.
Prior to this session beginning, The Belles of Franklin will be caroling in the lobby.
A panel of local business, community and elected officials will discuss what lies ahead in the New Year. Panelists include Franklin Mayor Ken Moore, state Rep. Sam Whitson, Rob Wigton of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, as well as one or two additional panelists.
Local nonprofits will be set up sharing how you can be more involved during the holiday season or with opportunities to support their missions. Bring a new, unwrapped toy for Graceworks and its Manger program. You can RSVP at this link.
FrankTalks is free and the public is invited. Franklin Tomorrow partnered with Vanderbilt University’s Office of Community, Neighborhood, and Government Relations to expand the frequency of FrankTalks in 2016 to a monthly program. It is held at various locations across the city, but always on the second Monday of the month.
Renasant Bank became a partner for this monthly series in 2018.
