Franklin Tomorrow’s monthly FrankTalks is kicking off 2019 with a panel tailor-made for the new year that will discuss getting a fresh start on “Mind, Body & Treasures.”
January’s session, scheduled for Monday, Jan. 14, from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Westhaven Resident’s Club, will touch on how to set obtainable goals in the new year while focusing on mental, physical and financial health.
Panelists are Linda Schacht, associate professor at Lipscomb University; Jay Moore, director of the Williamson County Schools Athletic Training Program for Williamson Medical Center; and Rip Johnson, a financial adviser with Renasant Bank.
“As we start a new year, we thought it was important to focus on mind, body and finances and draw the experience of some experts,” Tate said. “We hope that people go away with some positive new ideas on how to get in the right mindset for a successful 2019.
The Westhaven Resident’s Club is located at 401 Cheltenham Ave. in Franklin.
