Grace Christian Academy in Franklin announced a new high school principal on Wednesday.
Richard Anderson, former Headmaster at Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville, will be joining GCA in 2018.
According to a release, Anderson served as elementary and high school principal before assuming his role of Headmaster in his 29 years at CPA.
Anderson has a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Guidance Counseling and an additional Master’s of Education in Administration and Supervision.
“Mr. Anderson has a heart for Christ, a passion for Christian Education and a love for students,” the release reads. “He will oversee the day to day operations of the High School and will be an incredible addition to the GCA team as he has a true heart for Christian education as well as a spirit for excellence.”
Anderson has been married to his wife, Cindy, for 40 years and has three grown daughters and eight grandchildren.
