Don’t forget to vote! Franklin alderman election is Tuesday, Oct. 24

The last chance to vote in the Franklin alderman election is Election Day, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at your specified polling location.

The deadline to register to vote was Monday, Sept. 26; thus far, 2,319 ballots have been cast, which is 4.9 percent of the eligible registered voters, according to the Williamson County Election Commission. Aldermen will be elected to serve four-year terms.

There are 13 voting precincts across the city:

4-1 Prairie Life Fitness Center, 300 Shingle Way

4-3 Franklin Christian Church, 4040 Murfreesboro Road

8-2 First Presbyterian Church, 101 Legends Club Lane

9-3 Westhaven Clubhouse, 401 Cheltenham Avenue

10-1 Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road

10-2 Liberty Elementary School, 600 Liberty Pike

10-3 Hunters Bend Elementary School, 2121 Fieldstone Parkway

11-1 *Franklin Elementary School, 1501 Figuers Drive

11-2 Ring Indoor Soccer Complex, 1878 Downs Boulevard

11-3 Winstead Elementary School, 4080 Columbia Pike

12-1 Franklin Community of Faith Church, 506 Jordan Road

12-2 The Church of the City, 828 Murfreesboro Road

12-3 The Gate Community Church, 3835 Carothers Parkway

*Due to construction, the normal voting area has been moved to the library area of the school.  Please follow the signage that is posted.
