Chick-fil-A will headline a list of new restaurants to open in the Berry Farms development of Franklin, along with another location in a now-vacant Rite Aid on Murfreesboro Road/Highway 96.

The Highway 96 location will be at the southwest corner of the road, across from Williamson Square.

A Panda Express and McDonald’s are also in the works for Berry Farms, as well as a new Cross Fit gym where Happy Tales Humane was previously located.

Though representatives from Boyle, the developer of Berry Farms, did not respond to request for comment by publication time, the City of Franklin teased the two new locations in a post early Monday evening, including site plan documents for the Highway 96 location.

A city of Franklin official confirmed site plans for the Berry Farms location. No word has been released on when the  Southern, fast-casual restaurants will open.

The most recent Chick-fil-A to come to Williamson County will be the Spring Hill location opening this Thursday.

UPDATE: The City of Franklin on Tuesday posted details about the location of the Berry Farms Chick-fil-A.

It will be in a currently vacant plot of land between the Twice Daily and First Farmers Bank, just west off Goose Creek Bypass.
