Franklin High School homecoming parade
- By Jayme Foltz
Franklin High School held its annual homecoming parade through Franklin Square on Friday morning.
Students marched and showed off their Admiral pride from the edge of Main St. through Bicentennial Park. Family and community members lined the streets of historic Franklin to support the school.
Clubs, organizations and sports teams rode their floats decorated in maroon and white attire to show off their school pride. The annual celebration followed the theme “Adventure Awaits” and each class made floats depicting their journey with the “flagship”.
The Franklin High School football team hosted Brentwood High School as part of the homecoming festivities. The Admirals put up a good fight despite the 31-17 loss.
